We are the Incubator for internal start-ups and Intrapreneurs of the Miele Group. Our mission is to foster the growth and development of our employee’s business cases in alignment with our corporate strategy. We pursue a unique blend of organizational freedom and professional support, drawing on the strengths of both the start-up and corporate world to provide the most powerful environment for our incubation teams.
What we do
We are committed to enabling our incubation teams achieve viable success by providing the resources, processes, and sparring every start-up needs to turn ideas into thriving businesses. Our incubator offers the basic processes, IT, and infrastructure for all enabling and management processes. Teams are free to extend this basic structure by their individual needs in order to validate their business efficiently.

In this start-up environment, we offer our incubation teams a professional framework for launching their ideas, connections to a broad network of industry experts and potential partners as well as access to corporate specialists and structures of the Miele Group.
Next-gen cleaning
This team offers a fully automated dosing system with which all surface cleaners can be mixed decentrally at home. It consists of five basic chemicals and several vials. Device management takes place via app.
